Parental leave for employees

All employees in our group now qualify for paid parental leave. Our new policy allows 16 weeks of paid leave for all employees having children.

We are delighted to offer this opportunity to all employees in Industris as part of our benefits package,” says Magne André Hovden, senior vice president for corporate people and leadership.
Entitlement to paid parental leave currently differs from country to country, based on legal entitlements and company benefits. They are often a mix of state/social security entitlements and company benefits. The Industris parental leave benefit will be combined with any entitlements from social security/insurance schemes or equivalent in the employment country.

The new policy for Industris employees applies from 1 January 2019.

Human Resources Management Position

Descriptions:

1. Fully responsible for the six major modules of the company's human resources.
2. Assist superiors in determining recruitment goals based on the existing staffing and business development needs, compile the number of positions and personnel required, and develop and implement recruitment plans.
3. Assist superiors in completing job descriptions for required positions.
4. Investigate the external human resource inventory and distribution needed by the company, conduct effective analysis, plan, develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels to ensure a large amount of information, rich levels, and high quality of talent, and ensure that recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's staffing needs.
5. Publish job vacancy information and promote the company's image.
6. Salary range: 8,000 - 16,000 CNY/month

Requirements:

- Associate degree or higher.
- Over 6 years of work experience.
- Must have undergone at least one year of professional training. Those without proper training need not apply.
